- Application for membership and participation in Sweetwater Rewards indicates acceptance of these Official Rules.
- Sweetwater Rewards members must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the program. Membership is free. No Casino play is required to obtain a Sweetwater Rewards card.
- Applicants must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification to receive a Sweetwater Rewards Card.
- Sweetwater Rewards members will receive offers and rewards available to members only. By joining Sweetwater Rewards you give permission for Jamul Casino, its subsidiaries, and affiliates to send mail, email and other solicitations to the addresses provided, as well as telephone solicitations if you have provided your telephone number. If your address or other information changes, please visit Player Services to update.
- Sweetwater Rewards membership is limited to one (1) account per person. Each account must have a unique email address in order to receive offer emails. Accounts, membership cards and program benefits are not transferable and are not valid in conjunction with any other promotion.
- Sweetwater Rewards cards are the property of Jamul Casino and must be returned upon request.
- Jamul Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or lost/misdirected mail or any other lost communications.
- Each Sweetwater Rewards member must select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for the member’s account and a username and password for his/her on-line Sweetwater Rewards account where available. Members are responsible for keeping secure their account information, including passwords and security responses. PINs may be reset at Player Services.
- All benefits, including Points and Tier Credits, are based on member’s rated level of play. Rated play varies by machine and/or game type, denomination, average bet and length of play. Calculation of rated play is at the sole discretion of Jamul Casino. All Points and Tier Credits are subject to review and verification by Jamul Casino.
- Benefits may be awarded for all tracked slot, table games, and video poker play. It is the responsibility of the member to present his/her Sweetwater Rewards® card, for tracking before placing wagers at tables or other games, and to properly insert the Sweetwater Rewards card into the slot reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of slot machine play. Jamul Casino is not responsible for lost ratings, points or comps due to an improperly read Sweetwater Rewards card.
- Sweetwater Rewards Tier Credit evaluations are completed on a six-month basis from last upgraded date. Qualification is based on recorded Sweetwater Rewards play activity. Sweetwater Rewards Onyx (400,000+ Tier Credits), Pearl (125,000-399,999 Tier Credits), Amber (30,000-124,999 Tier Credits), and Aqua (10,000-29,999 Tier Credits) tier levels are by invitation only at the sole discretion of Jamul Casino.
- Sweetwater Rewards Points and Tier Credits are independently earned. Any bonus Sweetwater Rewards Points received in a promotion are not eligible towards a Sweetwater Rewards Tier upgrade.
- Management may adjust account status due to error, malfunction or misuse of a Sweetwater Rewards card.
- Sweetwater Rewards Points and Tier Credits have no cash value.
- Sweetwater Rewards members must have tracked play during each six month period to prevent purging of all Points and accumulated Point balances. Tracked play is defined as earning at least one Sweetwater Rewards Point during a six month period, excluding promotional Sweetwater Rewards Points. Jamul Casino may purge all Sweetwater Rewards Points and Tier Credits, without advance notice, from any member account with no tracked play in six months. Sweetwater Rewards accounts may also be purged by Jamul Casino for any member that is excluded from Jamul Casino.
- Promotional play will expire 24 hours after the time of activation by the card holder.
- Point and Tier Credit balances are non-transferable, including upon death or divorce.
- All decisions regarding the interpretation of the Official Rules, program regulations, eligibility, Point and Tier Credit accumulation and all other matters regarding the Sweetwater Rewards loyalty program are at the discretion of Jamul Casino whose decisions are final, but subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Jamul Casino may modify, change or cancel the Sweetwater Rewards program and benefits at any time without prior written notice. The continued availability of Sweetwater Rewards benefits is not guaranteed.
- Jamul Casino may deny or revoke any Sweetwater Rewards membership if it is determined that the member has not complied with the program in the manner intended, or it is in the best interest of the guest or Jamul Casino, as determined at the sole discretion of Jamul Casino, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Jamul Casino reserves the right to refuse complimentary and promotional offer redemptions if it is determined that the true cardholder is not present or that coupons or complimentary slips have been changed, altered or tampered with in any way. Jamul Casino may also, at its discretion, invalidate any gaming winnings resultant from the use of complementaries or promotional offers by anyone other than the true cardholder of the card containing the complementaries or offers. All complementaries, offers, and benefits thereof are for the intended use of the true cardholder and are non-transferrable.
- Jamul Casino will remove and revoke promotional offers, Points, and Tier Credits giveaway credits for any persons on any state gaming exclusion list or enrolled in any state self-exclusion program, patrons whose accounts have been duplicated, patrons permanently banned from the casino property by management or government authorities or patrons who have voluntarily excluded themselves at Jamul Casino. Such persons are not eligible for Sweetwater Rewards membership or any of its offerings.
- Employees of Jamul Casino or parent companies, and those family members who reside in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Sweetwater Rewards program. Members of the JIV Executive Committee and the Jamul Tribal Gaming Commission are not allowed to participate in any gaming or promotional activity per JIV Ordinance 17.1 at Jamul Casino.
- Any dispute or situation not covered by the Official Rules will be decided by Jamul Casino whose decision will be subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Sweetwater Rewards use and associated benefits are subject to various state governmental rules, regulations, and policies.
- Sweetwater Rewards membership is subject to all terms of use and privacy policies as set forth on www.jamulcasinosd.com.
- Sweetwater Rewards members at the Aqua, Amber, Pearl, and Onyx levels may receive additional entries or a boosted entry earning rate for select drawings that are open to all members.
