What a lovely winter game and such a fun way to pay tribute to the frosty season. Penguin Style is certainly one of EGT’s better slot games and offers a great deign, with entertaining 3D graphics and animations. We’ve already seen an icy game by this developer before, which also featured a couple of adorable penguins. But here, it’s more about the wildlife and less about the cold. The background appears to be a huge chunk of ice, with cracks running across it in every direction. The symbols in this game are an amusing mix of colorful ice blocks, carved into letters, penguins and different sea creatures. Some depict a squid having a bagel and a cocktail and for some reason wearing a pair of goggles. Another symbol is a tired shrimp resting on what we can only assume is a bubble of air. Then there’s the fear of the seas – the killer whale. He doesn’t look as frightening on these reels, though, especially not with that life ring on its fin. And of course, we have the familiar faces of the penguin with his gold fish in a bowl, together with his buddy wearing a cylinder. There’s also been a new addition to EGT’s penguin collection and that’s the cool guy riding the wave. Penguin Style has the customary setup of 3 rows and 5 reels. The game offers a total of 20 paylines, of which you won’t be able to choose your own. Only the highest paylines are paid out in this slot and winning combos start from the leftmost reel. The standard symbols are the playing card letters A, K, Q and J, but they’re not like you have seen them before. When they form a winning combination, you are in for a little bit of a show.
